CHW will not be fired even she does not win another game. She was not hired as HC because of the possibility of her becoming a good coach. She was hired as HC for being a loyal assistant to Pat for 25+ years. That fact has not changed. Winning or losing has nothing to do with her status as HC. I know this is a sarcasm. However, we LV fans must accept the truth no matter how harsh is is.

I would hope more than cut in half!! But she at least can hit a 3 point shot on occasion where Jordan cannot even hit a layup. At least she missed the very first shot last night that was a layup.. I never said middleton or Jackson were the next CP3s.:clapping:

Holly has the option of putting Diamond at the point and letting Dunbar and Middleton play at the two. She would still have to play Reynolds ten to 12 minutes at the point but I think we'll get better offense if we cut her minutes and use Dunbar more. I see no difference in her defense and Dunbrs neither are very good defensively.

I think getting back on Defense would suffer greatly with that lineup but it sucks anyway so what the heck? We need to play people who can score and wants to score. my $0.02

Exactly and at least we know Dunbar is going to look to score which will free up a lot of opportunities for everyone else. When Dunbar is hot, she's a killer from 3 and teams would have to account for her. Not playing her (unless she is still critically injured) is a horrible decision imo. We need all the points we can get and Reynolds (majority of the time) refuses to give us any.

Holly is everything a Lady Vol should be and she deserves more support than what our fan base gives her. I hate to see us struggle and Holly hates to see it as well.... I think she deserves a couple more seasons to be able to coach the new class to see what she can do..... people keep bringing up fulmer but they forget that the season before he was fired was better than any season we have had since. Also the comment about Geno being able to coach anybody up then why was he 18-11 in year 9 at UCONN.... Go Lady Vols!!!!

In hindsight, you're correct. However at the time I thought she had earned the right to be given the opportunity. Most I talked to at the time seemed to agree. We now see the job is just too big for her. Some coaches are just better at being 2nd in command. Nothing wrong with it.

Folks keep saying Pat hand picked Holly to replace her. If anyone read Pat's book, they would know that is not true. Pat said Holly told her that she wanted the job and wanted to succeed Pat. They discussed it while at the beach in Florida.

the frustration is only natural but the lady vols have next year's top recruiting class. Obviously the reputation and past accomplisments still attract some of the best!! Next year will be the start of a turnaround!!

DD has 29 assists to 34 turnovers.
Most of her turnovers are off the dribble or bad passes. Not good for a PG.

Middleton 22-17 and Reynolds 25-9 are the only two with more assists than TO's.

Alexa has 65 pts in 25 min per game, while Jordan has 45 in 33 min per game.

To me the choice is pretty clear.
