Soprano died

The "totem" in Inception wasn't the top, it was his ring (he never says it was the top or w/e everyone assumes it is.)

Pulp fiction case is filled with diamonds.

All of this is in a cracked article. Yep.

Pulp fiction case is filled with diamonds.

It's meant to be open to interpretation. Tarantino was originally going to have it be the diamonds from Reservoir Dogs but he changed it. What was actually in the suit case on set was a light bulb. What it was was gold bars. Not Fort Knox sized gold bricks but something like these.

Gold was my interpretation as well because of the color of the reflection when the case was opened.

American Psycho.

Okay, he imagined all the murders, but was his name really Patrick Bateman? His lawyer called him by another name at the end. The whole end of the movie threw me through a loop.

Yeah I had no idea what was going on. The "Card" scene still cracks me up. An old coworker was just like that.

Lost boiled down to lazy, choppy writing. The finale was at best a half azzed insulting cop-out to all it's fans. All signs point to "they originally had no intention of ending the show the way they did."

After 6 years they try and write the whole thing off as purgatory?! GTFO

The island was not purgatory. Evetything that happened on the island really happened. However, the sideways reality in the last season was limbo.

I for one pretty satisfied with the way Lost ended. It should have just been 4-5 seasons though.

One of the themes of Ellis' novel was that, during that time period, everybody dressed and looked so similar in that culture that there was a lot of mistaken identity. That theme is kinda touched on in the movie, but not enough to make it clear. Most likely Patrick Bateman was indeed Patrick Bateman.

Ellis also likes to insist that the murders were indeed "real", but he also contradicts himself in interviews when he says he'd like to leave it up to the reader/viewer to decide for themselves. Lots of blurred lines here, considering some of the unbelievable nature of the killings.

Wilson's face

Did you notice they always had that actor play other characters? If they stayed at a hotel that actor would play the concierge or something like that. They always had him doing little roles. He wasn't very old.
