If he somehow convinces a court that the 'AA's findings against him were arbitrary and/or malicious, USC would then be in a position to attack the sanctions against them in court. He's fighting an uphill legal battle.

Bruce Pearl and Lane Kiffin are prepared to sue the NCAA as well depending on the outcome of this hearing.

At some point the NCAA will recognize that they cannot arbitrarily say that Calhoun and Olson can lie to the NCAA without punishment, but that they will take away someone else's livelihood.

The hearing in Indy should be the end of the road for UT, but if a lengthy show cause is what they give Pearl it will be the start of lawsuits for him.

I would love to be the judge if Kiffin Files one. I would simply set there and read Time Mag. al day and when his lawyers was done I was just say time for Matlock and throw the case out and then kick him in the privates and as he was falling to the ground speak in his ear. DID YOU THINK THEY WAS LYING WHEN THEY TOLD YOU IT WAS MORE THAN A GAME IN THE SOUTH CHUMP.
