Uniform/Helmet/Shoe design thread (merged)

I am a high school softball coach and we are getting these uniforms for this season with checkerboards in the numbers and text.


I wanted to see what a similar design would look like for UT baseball...

All are deferent shades.

I like that all orange look. We are the "Big Orange" after all. We aren't the Tennessee Stormtroopers or definitely not the Tennessee Smokeys. Plus, last year we got out big win in the all orange look and the Smokey Grays produced 2 losses. I really don't understand why people don't like it. If you love UT football you should like seeing as much orange as possible.

Agreed.

Call me a snobby traditionalist, but I don't ever want to see any helmet color other than white with orange too. Bama didn't need fancy off-the-wall uniforms to bring their program to the top. I just like the Tennessee traditional uniforms too much. It just says "Tennessee Volunteers" to me.

We are not Alabama. It is a Uniform so a change for a game or so is ok but no more. The uniform above is turrible though. NO!

Agreed. I'm not opposed to a solid orange with an orange helmet/white T...but that last mock up is awful.

We're not any of those other teams that have alternates every year, either. It goes both ways.

I'm fine with that. Loved the somkey grays and would mind other variations, but those are turrible.

Best combo ever. Solid white pants. Thick numbers, thick unique font for the names.

I also miss the yellowish orange we used to wear on the football field. I know it's not the "official" orange, but so many of my favorite memories are in that color...

Those unis are neat conceptually on the perfectly symmetrical CGI model. Put them on some lard ass o-lineman with his belly hang in out. Not so much.
