The most butt ugly things you've ever seen? Honey boo boo's mom says hi.Those grey uniforms are the most butt ugly things I've ever seen. I thought I was watching Oklahoma State for a while. I will admit that the Vols wore grey uniforms in the 50' & early 60's when on TV. Then we got a color TV & I never saw them again till this year.
Go Big ORANGE!
ps: I will now go watch Baylor in their ugly Flat Black uni's.
Boise state gimmicks?how about the traditional orange and white? you know, the colors that once were worn by one of the most feared programs in college football.
(i've had it up to here with these boise state gimmicks)
I have been following the Vols since the mid-60's and have never seen a picture of UT in grey. In fact, The only game I ever saw them wear a white jersey was in the 1968 Cotton Bowl when they played Texas who demanded that they wear their orange jerseys.
Does anyone have a picture of UT wearing grey after 1922? Other than UGA this year?
do you not get it? it's a joke or are you to young to remember black & white TV's, everything was shades of grey.

If you really want to make an impression with the uniforms then bring the team out in the 1940 orange leather helmets with out face masks. That would freak Auburn out.
Believe he was referring to black and white TV. Orange unis looked.......gray.I have been following the Vols since the mid-60's and have never seen a picture of UT in grey.
