I doubt it. Butch hate notwithstanding, Lyle is a family man and unlikely to spend much if any time at gambling machines and table. I also think he's a moderate weather and cold weather guy. Las Vegas gets darn hot, and I mean hot during late spring to around mid-fall. But summer temps are worse. He isn't going to the UNLV. However, recruiting is about on level with Central Michigan and Cincinnati.

Never understood why everyone still says Butch could recruit. If a coach is not recruiting players for their system why would that coach ever be called a great recruiter?

I think maybe you took what I wrote a bit too literally. It was more making fun of him for being a shyster, who more than likely drinks like a teenage girl .

Mike Bajakian, Butch’s OC here in 2012 (part of the best staff in America:rolleyes:) is rumored to be the next OC at Northwestern.
