Still crown the overall points leader. There is $100 on the line. But doing a chase would be fun for the whole family.

Lets definitely do the chase for the last 10 races. It would make the remaining 10 races crucial and actually worthwhile on here.

Every win in the regular season would mean 10 bonus points going into the chase.

If we do the chase it would be NASCAR style (points are already posted, elimination rounds, final 4 ). That being said I didn't realize there was a prize. I think it's only fair for prize to follow the rules laid out at the beginning. I'll keep up with the chase points for fun and next year we'll run the game using NASCAR Chase rules. Thoughts? If everyone does want a chase this year then I'm all for it, it would definitely be a blast.

I'm all for it too. If the only one that has anything to lose is ok with it, I don't see a problem doing the Chase reset for all the marbles. I understand the fairness factor though.

Perhaps we could see if freak would like to do a separate contest? We can still have a points champion, but also have a chase champion, with a reset field of the top 16.

I like this Chase idea. I fell behind early, got preoccupied with life, and stopped entering this season but I'll try again next year.
