Honestly...I don't understand why people are so against this. I realize this is the bible belt and that as a whole the people who make up this board are conservatives but really? How does it affect your life if two guys or girls want to marry? It doesn't.

I wonder if the gay advocacy group at Iowa has anything to say about the pink visitor's locker room at Kinnick Stadium?

I've actually never thought about that. Then again, I've never heard anyone complain about it so you never know

This PC crap is out of control. Why the hell should he apologize for this? I have no problems with gays; what they choose to do doesn't concern me. But I do find people who ***** about stuff like this to be incredibly annoying. This country is losing its backbone because of crap like this. It's not a personal attack on gays. I used to only find PETA obnoxious, but then I realize there are groups like this who do anything to bring attention to themselves.

Meyer should apologize for coming up with such a stupid idea in the first place. Like singling out a kid by making them wear a dunce cap. With his history of favoring his best players and letting them get away with just about anything and punishing lesser needed players more severely you can bet he never notices if his "stars" loaf. He's a steaming load.

Do people just look for things to offend them? I would not have even thought of that offending anyone. I would have told them it had nothing to do with insulting them and continue on.
