Hmm..I havent read anything like it. Ever. Never heard of Phil Fulmer calling all his players at random times, and knowing their girlfriends # as well. Never heard of him going to players dorms to make sure they have good plans for the night. Never heard of him naming seniors "hall monitors" to make sure that the rest of the players dont get into any kind of trouble. Or maybe that stuff just didnt work for him.

What is it with you guys having coaches showing up at dorms and frat houses? :p

I've read how he makes sure his coaches do all of that, and that calls them and such, I remember reading about those rules in a couple of articles, he makes sure his coaches do what he wants them to do, and have their attitudes reflect his. They made a pretty big deal about how he couldnt contact them and whatnot, so he had tomake sure his coaches were getting the job done.
