USC still has to play Oregon, Arizona state, Notre Dame, and UCLA. All good opponets. Now If Notre dame is a tough team on our schedule, then why can't they be a tough team on USC schedule?

that is true, as tennessee plays top ten teams all the time, usc plays no one. EXCEPT: notre dame, when they are good...

You forgot the road game against Cal. There are five Pac-10 teams in the AP top 25 right now, all of whom USC has to play. I think starting next year Pac-10 teams will all have to play eachother.

USC does get a little easier schedule than SEC teams, but to argue they wouldn't be successful in a tougher conference is absurd. I just wonder how many of these people have actually watched them play. SEC blinder syndrome is quite funny sometimes.

USC is the best team in the country period. When they did what they did to AK all you can do is sit and watch in awe. That was a bad AK team, but over 70 points is still unbelievable.

:nono: Anybody who doubts USC evidently didn't see them destroy Hawaii and Arkansas. I try to be objective about my football, so I wonder how many SEC teams will hang 70 points on the Razorbacks this year?

So. Cal. could still lose this year but until they do, I personally think they belong in a stronger conference like maybe the NFL.

I've heard them called "The Left Coast Monster" and it seems fitting right now.

Incidentally, I'm looking forward to watching them stomp a mudhole in Notre Dame, as I'm also expecting Tennessee to do.
