pretty much dudes dad (back up QB at USCjr) said Rattler was better than Hooker in a tweet. Hooker responded to him in a DM and pretty much said keep my name out your effin mouth, then preceded to say watch this hold my beer come saturday.
That's exactly how I read it !!!!

Eh I think Hendon was basically telling him look we were just gonna beat'em, but now I'm taking this personally and we're gonna hang 80 on them. The dad, of the backup QB, which makes it even better, should learn to keep his thoughts to himself especially when he admits that TN as a whole is better than SC, like why even make this post?

I'm sure the whole team has heard about it, and that's just gonna make it worse for SC.

Eh, I think this is dumb fan-think from grown men who invest a wee bit too much in a game played by 20-year olds. Who thinks players have time between school and football to take insignificant slights from some rando, unimportant person personally and set out on a vendetta. That a pretty small mindset, and I'm not convinced it's real
If it is, I'm disappointed in Hooker for wasting the 10 seconds on Daddy Nobody.

If this in fact real, then this dude has a problem with running his mouth too much after preaching about humility
1) It's real.
2) I politely let him know he needs to fall back.
3) I tagged #voltwitter and told him he better hurry up and turn off DMs and mentions because they're coming...

Living in SC, I don’t care if the Vols win by just one point. Just win. These SC fans are insufferable. All this other stuff with these tweets and Hyatt’s alleged thing with not being recruited by SC is distracting and rat poison, as Saban calls it.
Just win.

And this was already a revenge game for Hyatt since USCjr didn't even offer him. (He's said as much), and now HH? I have a feeling were gonna here this a lot:

"Hooker to Hyatt! Touchdown Tennessee!", "Hooker to Hyatt! Touchdown Tennessee!", "Hooker to Hyatt! Touchdown Tennessee!", "Hooker to Hyatt! Touchdown Tennessee!", "Hooker to Hyatt! Touchdown Tennessee!", "Hooker to Hyatt! Touchdown Tennessee!", "Hooker to Hyatt! Touchdown Tennessee!", "Hooker to Hyatt! Touchdown Tennessee!",

They're gonna be so sick of Rocky Top their ears will bleed orange! Go Vols!!!!

Why would someone be this stupid? This is going to be posted all over the locker room and just motivate the entire team to get out there and slaughter them like the chickens they are.

Unbelievable hubris.

Dude knows he’s subtly throwing shade on Hendon referring to him as a dual threat. He’s a fully capable pocket passer who also happens to be able to run. That term has ceased to have any meaning when you have guys in the NFL who can make every throw Manning or Brady made and still can burn you for 15 yards or more every time you lose contain (Burrow, Lawrence, Allen, Lamar only it’s 50 yards or more with him, even Rodgers can get downfield in a hurry). Dual threat just means you’re a capable runner who can pass a little, but wouldn’t be playing qb without the threat of the run. That fits the kid at Mizzou, for example, but not Hendon.
