just curious. i do like having a gator's perspective on certain things.

Well, its like this. The one or two Gator boards I have ever checked out have been dominated by two types of people.

The first are the rah rah's, who have no clue what they are talking about. I admit I am no genius. But I try to have some perspective about the team, each game, and the season. The rah rah's are filled with venom towards other school's fans, think the refs cheat us out of every game and then rob our players' cars when the players are in the locker room, and just generally alternate between ranting and raving.

The second type are the Chicken Littles. They think every fumble, every failed thrid down conversion, every procedure penalty, are a sign that the team are all on mushrooms, that Meyer is the second coming of Zook, and that Satan himself has taken up residence underneath Florida Field.

Now, there may be some decent boards for Gator fans out there, but I haven't seen them. And there are definitely a few rah rah's and Chicken Littles on this board, but I can take them since it usually ain't Gator related.

Let's just say that this board is friendly and for the most part a reasonable place to chat about football. I like it here.
