UT/Bama TV Ratings Were Insane!

Is it safe to say we don’t have the house money anymore? We actually have expectations and an outside perspective that we are on the rise. The UGA game we can still lose and be fine, reigning NC at their house, likely both undefeated, but at this point we’ve risen too fast and too high to have the classic Dooley/Butch/Pruitt missteps and not get a colossal amount on egg on our faces for it.

  2. 10.60M Bama/Texas (Week 2)
  3. 10.53M ND/OSU (Week 1)
  4. 7.55M FSU/LSU (Week 1)
  5. 7.15M A&M/Bama (Week 6)

What I get out of this is that Bama is a helluva draw.

Well they get the prime spots every week and aren’t on the SEC network like the rest of the teams in the conference.

Sure, but they don't draw an 11 million audience every week. That will only happen when there is an expectation of them losing. What I get out of this? Tennessee is regaining some respect that has been lost since 2008.

Plus, look at #9. College football fans like to watch close, high scoring games.
