No, I’m against those wearing mask under the guise of protest. They tell you take the mask off to protest take the mask off to protest. If you can’t do that, then you don’t really want to protest.
So you're saying when the govt seeks to limit my rights I need to just bend over and take it? Or can you point out where the dress code is described in the constitution?

In this instance, are you only talking about masks during a protest? or are you also including other acts like vandalism, looting, violence, destruction of property, etc?

I wonder if the Department of Education will stick around now that they realize it gives them more control to keep it.
Bingo. And exactly what I and others have been saying.

The Federal Govt wields outsized power and influence over the States when they can simply “pull funding” for not kowtowing to the current ideology.

Obama did it. Biden did it. Trump is doing it.

Kill the DoE. Get off the teat. And then run your schools they way your local community wants then run.

I like to daydream, too. The chances of this ever happening have to be infinitesimally small.

So I’ll take that as a no, you were not protesting in a mask. So your rights are not violated.
dude this like asking: do you own a machine gun? No? Then the feds saying you can't have doesn't violate your rights.

its a violation whether or not you are currently using the right. its a right, it exists outside of use, want, or need. As @McDad likes to correctly point out, the Constitution is there to protect the rights that aren't clear cut.

Are you really this simple minded to only concern yourself with rights you're currently exercising? Once they're gone it's too late
Didn’t we discuss just a few weeks ago you coming across as antiemetic? You didn’t deny it, as you claimed it was free speech. So let’s just get to the point… you don’t believe in protecting Jewish students.

No, I don't believe in limiting free speech under the guise of protecting a singular entity

How is big govt defining a protesting dress code not a violation of free speech? You just keep avoiding that

That's about as accurate someone claiming if you don't want tougher gun legislation then you are a baby killer who likes school shootings

Exactly, this is what had been happening all over Europe recently. I've seen a report of a man jailed and fined for calling his ex girlfriend's new Irish boyfriend a "Leprechaun".

Even here to a lesser extent.

Completely ridiculous. My first amendment rights are not subject to your feelings in any way

Then protest at home with your mask on. And it has nothing to do with my feelings, apparently only yours. Others shouldn’t have to deal with the inconvenience of your hurt feelings.
