Someone else asked this earlier in another thread perhaps, but if he can give us 18-20 minutes, 7 pts and 7 boards a night, and just solid defense, then he is well worth the investment of a scholarship.What are you looking for out of him this year? Someone getting close to 10 points and rebounds per game? Solid defense?
That Syracuse team had two really good freshmen on that team, Roosevelt Bouie and Louis Orr. Orr ended up having a decent NBA career, we recruited both of them.TN and KY both finished 16-2 in the SEC in 1977. Kentucky’s 2 losses were to TN. In the NCAAT TN drew #10 Syracuse (not the #10 seed, #10 in the country... TN was ranked #7) in the 1st round. Kentucky drew unranked Princeton.
