It's a positive piece and isn't too long. Not sure if it tells us anything we don't already know, but it provides more positive mojo out there for us.

We're starting to generate some buzz, pretty soon we will be relevant again on a National level and hopefully be a perennial playoff contender!

Interesting about building houses versus renting.. the article sounded like more than one of the coaches built a house.

Pretty straight forward article. A tough schedule for anyone to play.

I'm going to wade in here, hopefully not to disturb the hierarchy of negatism. But my take and everything I've heard is that the Big O isn't far away from conquering the mountaintop. When this group of young men learn the simple old process of winning that is when they've got it! You can't teach it, you got to preach it! GBO!
:good!:

That stat on how many players can squat 600 lbs. now (twelve) versus the previous regime (zero) is pretty damning. Definitely explains the lack of push off the line in the run game the last few years.

It is alarming that only 15 seniors on the depth chart and that they are the only NCAA team that is having all new OL and DL..... Sounds encouraging for NEXT year. Hope they make improvements for this year that is all I care about which is 6-6 anything is is gravy!!!!!

Yes it is alarming, but with this top class coming in and a top class coming in 15, we are well on the way back to the top, we will be there sooner than later.

It sounds alarming at first until you remember that they're being trained by Butch and staff!

One of the more "interesting" Stats in the article:

Forty-six of the team’s 95 players went through spring practice for the first time this year.

Plus there are those on the team that are so new, that they haven't even had a Spring Practice.
