UT Vols clearly better, deeper at tight end

Ferguson transferred.

*edit: I better note that was sarcasm...

We lost one QB and didn't gain any. Until one of them shows it in a game, we are not better.

Ok well by you're logic we are not better any any position, because we haven't seen anyone play this year... Worley was solid last year and I have a hard time believing he didn't improve one bit. Dobbs is better then last year as well even if it is barely noticeable. Same with Peterman.

We are better at other positions because we recruited more depth. That was the point of the article in the OP.

I think Quarterback is the biggest question mark on team even bigger than the offensive line. Worley has as much potential talent surrounding him at TE, RB, and WR that we have had here ever. With Lane saying that this offensive line is run blocking just as well as the much more taunted one of last season it seems Worley's play holds all the answers as to how well this offense will operate.

Haven't read this. It's awesome to hear though.

Hopefully all of this is true. If the running tandem of Lane and Hurd can produce more then Neal and Lane from last year I think we'll do much better. The key will be the running game. We cannot allow defenses to tee off on Worley because they know we aren't much of a running threat. And with a fairly inexperienced line if we can establish a run mentality it'll benefit the culture of this team. Running the ball requires a take no prisoner mind set from the O-line.
