Not a good start, leadoff walk. The one thing really holding Owenby back is his inability to throw strikes on a consistent basis IMO

I felt a week ago that our best chance was to take 1/3 this weekend and 2/3 next weekend and hope Mizzou loses 2/3 both weekends. If Bama holds on today, the possibility remains in play.

But, LOL, I hate needing Bama and KY to help us.

yeah, I just don't see us taking two games from A&M, not with this pitching...even Williams, he hasn't done well in a while.

My problem is that I don't trust any of our pitchers at all atp. Even Godley has been inconsistent with starts like the Georgia game, Bama game, and South Carolina game. Basically we are going to need Godley to give us an outing like this week, and Williams to give us a Florida game type outing.
