UT vs Cal Predictions

I don’t have a prediction, but Man! I’m getting excided just reading about this game. I can’t wait for UT football again. I’m even hungrier after last year’s season. Let’s GO VOLS!!! :clapping:

this is a tough one....but here's the bottom line....Cal travels to the East coast in September. it'll still be hot, they lose 3 hours, so a noon kick might be to our advantatge this game.....

I think we win a close one. 24-17 UT.

yeah, but this ain't your daddy's, or hell, your older brother's TN team either....CAL will present a very tough 1st game for us this year, and quite frankly, we need it.

According to ESPN, Cal is trying to incorporate the spread option into its offense for 2006.

I assume that Air Force will still be running the triple option this fall. If we can win both of those games I'd say it bodes well for our chances against the Gators.

it all really rides on how Ainge plays and the o-line and d-line. everything is pretty solid except for the wr's who have to step up.

Now that is what I call "really narrowing it down to a very insightful prognosication"! You could have included "the ball boys" getting on the field in a timely manner and "the cheerleaders" making sure they wear the right uniforms.
