UT vs Ole Miss Official Game Thread

What a coincidence. The only good thing Ole Miss can do is shoot free throws. So, they get 19 attempts in the first half. Lot of bad things going on in this game and officiating is at the top.

has nothing to do with my confidence... have you seen this team play? they crumble at the first sign of adversity.. They hang their heads down, sad looks on their faces.. sit and toss the ball around the perimeter before taking a long shot at the buzzer... or turn it over.

Ha and what are you doin? Your doin the same thing they are. Puttin them down, hangin your head your crumbling jus cause their not playin to your expectations. We all gotta deal with it this is who they are. If they win the sec they gonna make you look bad. If they dont win another game they make me look bad but least im supporting them. No hard feelings haha

For those of us who aren't able to watch the game, is the officiating as bad as it sounds on the radio? Or is Tenn just playing sloppy?

Skylar Mcbee's arguably the best shooter in the nation when you leave him open on an 8 ft basket
There is no set of circumstances under which McBee would be the best shooter in the gym, including by himself, where he'd tie.

I wish everyone would support the team instead of criticizing them.

The officials are calling the game tight on the vols, almost to the point as if that we have a reputation of rough and dirty play. This team is many things but no where near a dirty team -- I have no clue which game these refs are watching.

Its shaky.

It sounded as though when Tenn got up about 26-17, the refs took over in a bout a 1-2 minute stretch and the lead was down to 1 in no time.

Of course, you can never get a good feel for the game listening to Bob bumble around a Bertlekamp yelling

Tennessee has been shaky but the officiating is probably as bad as I've ever seen in an SEC game.

Perhaps this officiating is part of pearls suspension as additional punishment, ordered by the sec commissioners office. :)
