Glad my first time back in Neyland since 2018 will be a night game. All blacks and a win in the company of a bunch of UK fans will be a great experience. Bonus: not having to hear Beth Mowins play-by-play.
God willing I'm going to go to Kentucky that morning, and watch the game with my dad and best friend. Two of the greatest men that I've been blessed to be part of my life. No words to describe my dad, his work ethic, the sacrifice he made working the coal mine for years to provide for us. I know a grown man saying "best friend" isn't manly, but that's exactly what my buddy is. He called me the night my sister got shot, and said since I couldn't be there yet, he was going to the hospital (2 hours away in Lexington) to sit with my parents while the Drs done surgery to save her. Many more stories about both, but I share that to kinda explain what they mean to me, I'd kill for either one. That said, I'm going to drive 4 hours so I can watch them both whine like little girls .
