I say the Barn will pull of the win but they have a long season ahead of them. A team can only lose so much and still compete.

This is now my philosophy. Screw everyone but the Vols. Today has opened up my eyes on how much I hate everyone else in the SEC. you are correct about adding average teams for the sake of money.

I dont get embarrassed for teams I dont root for. Just the opposite. I cherish it when one of our conference opponents loses to a lesser team.

I root for no opponent but when they suck against low level schools it doesn't help me gloat when we whip their ass. I don't want a conference full of KY's do you?

I wasn't exaggerating to say we do have a conference full of KY's. I'm saying seeing our "better" foes lose to dog teams is not something I cheer for.

I sort of felt that way but that breakdown that was posted around here showed them as a AR level foe. I'm fine with middle of the pack additions. I do not want them to be the high water mark for our expansion though because that will suck. They will have a boom in recruiting once they join the sec though IMO.

You nor I know either way. My point being they are top 25 teams not nobody teams like Kent St, Mtsu, etc. Plus they aren't as bad as Vandy, Kentucky and Ole Miss, who are sec teams. And as much as I love UT I doubt we could beat either right now. By next year probably so. But were in no position to call top 25 teams nobody teams. Sorry...
