Thought it was funny the announcers praised the refs for making the pi call and then praised them for not making a call on the final play.

Gilmore said it was a good call.

I trust my eyes as much as anybodys on a replay. Sometimes announcers just roll with it, and they miss them like everybody else. Like Dave and Dave from JP sports. The replay would show what happened, but they'd stick with their story. Moreso the non Baker Dave.

I still think it was within the allowed area. I don't think the wr instigated contact. He did push away from that contact, but the ball wasn't in the air when he did, and wasn't in the air for a second or two after the contact. That's my recollection off of one replay. I could be wrong, just as Gilmore could be.

On the last play, I think that's a good no call. If Utah makes a better play on the ball, maybe you get a call, but he didn't make a good play on it.

It wasn't. On top of that, if they were calling it as close on the next play, that's a PI. Be consistent. As sparty said, a little homecookin to end the streak.

Yeah since it was PAC ten refs. It wasn't a bad call . The last play was a situation where both had equal right to the ball.
