Another Chattanoogan here!
Some thoughts...

Rodney Allison(HC) has done a remarkable recruiting job the past two years. The talent level is higher than it has been since the championship era of the early eighties.

Chattanooga is a recruiters dream for the IAA level. Great city. Great stadium. Program on the cusp of success.

The downside...
Chattanooga is now, and will ever be an SEC city. Sporting many fans of UGA, UA, AU, and of course the Vols. Fan support is a tough sell, but with modest on the field success(which it is fair to expect this year), and the promise of better things to come, there is enough love for the Mocs to float the program financially.

As good as the city and stadium are, the training and practice facilities are that bad! This is an area that must be addressed for the program to return to contention!

That being said, I believe the UTC program can return to the top tier of IAA football. The foundation(i.e. good coach, solid recruiting) has been laid. The patience of local fans is wearing thin, but the Mocs are close!

So fear not, UT's little brother shows all the signs of righting it's ship!
