Come on..UTEP isn't a bad loss? This is a team most thought had the talent coming into the season for a deep tournament run, and now losing to Utep is acceptable.
Who has said it was acceptable?
There's a difference between yor personal opinion of what a bad loss is, and what the NCAA committee considers a "bad loss".
If losing to a so called "UP" Vanderbilt football team with a bad Tennessee football team is considered unacceptable and should never happen......then the UTEP loss is unacceptable with the level of talent our men's basketball team has.....damn the NCAA committee's opinion or not...because if we lose anymore...it sure will be.
Lost their best scorer and two other players and team played better. Must be nice to have a good coach.
Says a lot about CCM that in his "best" season, we still have to hope losses don't turn into bad losses to avoid missing the tourney. Real high ceiling as a coach.
