Never heard of her...Passing against teams in conference USA or the Sun Belt or whatever conference those guys are in is a little different than doing it against an SEC team....We have an offense too...the highest scoring offense in the nation....just try and keep up.
We don’t have a conf USA caliber secondary

Their top four receivers are all seniors. The QB is good and they have a pretty good young RB, but they'll be replacing several key guys on that offense.

Stop what? Stating facts? I'm not arguing that it will even be competitive. Point your attitude elsewhere.
You just walked into a bar in Sherwood and said their was a man outside going to whup everybody's ass in here. Attitude runs rapid on VN.

Everyone's roasting OP but he's got a point, this is no beat up team. This will be a tough game. We get them right before SC too, who we all know the team will be looking ahead to for revenge.

It is worth mentioning, however, these guys played one P5 team last year, a bad Texas team, and got thumped.

A couple of months back when the SEC Network presented the conference schedule reveal for 2023, the announcers lauded that UTSA team, describing them as a serious threat for Tennessee. They marked that game as one to watch, IIRC.

Really, how many people on a football forum know what USTA is. I admit I didn't and I've been around a long time.
I'm right here in San Antonio and we're all very familiar with UTSA. Last Year Conference USA Champions, 1 loss I think. This year Conference USA Champions undefeated in conference play including the Championship game beating North Texas.
Now having said that we're all proud of their accomplishments & their program is only 12 years old. However, not the same league as SEC. Their QB Frank Harris has performed really well this year and they were ranked #22 AP poll, 25 in the CFP poll. QB dual threat. Can they beat Tennessee, I don't think so but I wouldn't lay an egg like we did with South Carolina. UTSA goes to the American Athletic Conference next year; will be interesting how they do there. Their mascot is the RoadRunner.

It will be interesting. They're kind of like the UT-Chattanooga & UT-Martin sisters of UT-Knoxville, except theirs runs from UT-Austin, UT-El Paso, & UT-San Antonio. They can hit the home run & have done so quite a bit. Still, I wouldn't worry. They did play UT-Austin this year & lost 41-20 in Austin.

Why can't we just play Akron every week?

I agree on one condition. Our players employ the Kublanow Maneuver on one Zip player every play. Until the whole team is crippled.
BTW, they lost nearly all their games this season, quite fitting. HEY Akron, hey, hey, hey, this one is for you:
