Im in section LL for the Florida game, i like seeing down the field. You can see running lanes open and its a different perspective than the sidelines and the TV view. jmo

Sat row 21 of L for Utah State I didn't really like it especially when they were on the other side of the field. And I had to break my neck to see the jumbotron

It's all a matter of opinion and what you prefer. My buddy that's going with me to Florida played college football and would love to sit in L row 21 because you can see holes in the line open up and what not while I'd rather sit in FF or AA while others rather sit in CC or DD close to the 50.

Do scalpers prices drop dramatically at kickoff like they do in Columbia? Just want to get best bang for the buck since I can't make it to knoxville but once a year usually.

I would thing a noon game would work in your favor.

Oh I know. To watch plays develop I like sitting in the uppers. Doesn't really matter endzone or side but you can see everything up top.

florida likely returned thousands of tickets---their fans have no desire to go all the way up to knoxville for a loss with that bad team

Student ticket requests were so large that they are having to do a lottery.

Wow, sucks. USCe does that for every home game and I make fun of friends who go there because of it, so now I have to eat crow. But good, because this game will be electric.

So you make fun of a student fan base where demand is greater than supply....i.e. they give a sh&t. Got it.

Technically its a lottery every game. The only difference for this game was that the number of student tickets requested were bigger than the amount of tickets available and because of this there were no guest tickets sold. Usually, there are guest tickets that are sold along with the student tickets that end up selling out the student allotment.
