Let's make it a 2-0 start today. My prediction; Jon Reed goes seven innings with 8K's and 6 hits. Vols win 9-2.

Vols win 10-4 with Toles getting a rbi, two or more home runs for the Vols.

Be excellent if College Baseball was shown on CBS,NBC,ABC, ESPN, FSN, ESPN2 as much as College Football.

Some horrible baseball right there...Reed was too lazy to cover home on an easy play that would've ended the inning....instead a run scores and we're now down 3-1

We're taking small ball to another level bunting with maybe our best hitter up in Ramsey with 1 out and man on 3rd...got thrown out at home

Amazing for the 2nd straight year the Vols win game two with the same score 7-6 except this time they did not have to come back to win in the 9th.
Norfolk had a critical hr the 7th run for the Vols in the 7th inning. A valiant effort by the Panthers as they did not quit but it was close but no cigar. The Vols are now 2-0.

It wasn't pretty but a W is a W.

GO VOLS!!!

yesterday the defensive effort was stellar...not so much today. Norfolk is on a tear to start the year...granted it is only 2 games in, but still. a lot of pitches in the dirt today from the starter through the middle relief. base running, as already mentioned still needs improvement. but, a win is a win and we are 2-0. first pitch tomorrow at 1:09pm. Go Vols!

It's going to be on radio for UTSports.
