It was amazing the Panthers Score 3 then the Vols score 2 in the same innning.
The first time the Vols were behind, and it was a short time as the Vols came back to tie the game and score more runs to win.

The shot by Norfolk was huge to dead center.....Another nice crowd at Lindsay Nelson today....

Some observations:

-Horne has got some really nice gap power...had 2 doubles today
-Norfork is off to a great start....has a 2B, 3B, and HR in first 2 games
-Duffy also swinging the bat well as is Ramsey
-Toles has hit all groundballs so far I think the first 2 games
-The starting pitcher struggled....doesn't seem to throw very hard and threw a ton of balls in the dirt
-Dean pitched very well out of the pen
-Blount's control was an issue....can't walk people when you're up 4 runs
-Nick Williams got himself into a jam but more importantly made some great pitches to get out of it
-Baserunning was really bad for a 2nd straight game....there's a difference in being aggressive and stupid

Vols need to sweep this series....hopefully our bats will be able to pound their Sunday starter

Thanks for all the info guys, I too wish all these games were on tv. I hope we do get an exclusive UT channel one day just so I can see all the baseball games!!!!!!!!

They should make a NCAA Baseball network channel.

That would be fine with me, but way less likely. What would they show in the off season? There isnt even a year round college football channel. But hey, fine by me!

I really want a TN channel or an SEC channel that shows all the Olympic sports too. I thought they said that is what this new SEC network package was gonna do, but havent seen it yet.
