Also, Plove...if, and that's a BIG IF now, if we don't make the playoffs, an absolute great chance we're headed to the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans, and it's one of the big daddy Bowls of them all. We haven't played in it since 1991, and that atmosphere will be off the chain, it will be wild. 11-1 will be our best finish since 2001.

I said 'if' about the playoffs because of what happened last night. Bama and Clemson losing was huge for our chances to still get in.

A lot to be decided at the end of the season. First tell will be who all walks during Senior day this coming weekend, or who doesn't. Those seniors who don't walk good chance they come back.

Then you will be looking at who comes in as a Portal transfer.

Best guess

QB - Milton/Watch out for Nico
RB - Small
WR - McCoy, Keyton, White
OL - Mays, Mincey, Crawford maybe?, Spraggins (Question will be who plays RT)
TE - Warren/Campbell

Entire Defense COULD be back if they wanted other than Flowers and a few non contributors. I don't see many of them having massively high grades that would pull them.

A lot of youth will play next year I think and get a lot of experience. Season will be similar to this one if Milton can get much better.

We need a dynamic playmaker at RB. Small and Wright are very good backs but their skillset is not great for long runs. We need someone that is a threat to house it on every play. I think Cam would have a shot for some snaps at RB because he has that game breaking ability.

This team needs an elite pass rusher or two. The Colts when Peyton was there built their defense around playing with a lead and getting pressure without blitzing. If we can hit on one of these young DEs and not need to blitz so much it will change this team drastically. DE/DL pressure makes those CBs look a WHOLE lot better.

We got a good secondary class coming in the 23 class. It’ll probably take a year or 2 for most of them to be ready, but we got a bunch of guys who can take a Covid year so we will be improved on defense. I think we should go after elite DEs in the portal like you said, and some more secondary help in the portal. On offense get some more offensive line depth, some TE pieces, and maybe a strong RB. Think of how versatile this offense would be with a Brock Bowers type TE. Ethan Davis will be solid but idk if he will be ready for next year.

I'll try and get this right if I miss someone I know others can help me out.

On the Offensive side we lose Wright LT Garvin, Guard and Crawford RT. Not sure how the starting line up will shape up and who will take Wright's place at LT but Mincey, Mays, and Spraggins come back. But we got some talent in Addison Nichols who is a FR. that I think will be pushing for starting spot. Lampley and Davis have played a lot will be coming back. We do have some young OL's so again not sure how this will shake out but hopefully gives you an idea.
As far as WR's we lose Tillman, and Keyton. We got some real good Fr WR's that will have a year under their belt like Webb and Nimrod.
QB's we lose Hooker. So we will have Milton, Jackson and Nico the incoming FR.
RB's we lose Small. Wright and Sampson will be coming back and most of us expect to get a RB from the portal for next year.

Now there is a chance some may leave early for NFL or even portal. So this is if everyone stays.

Keyton has a Covid year and small is just a junior.

Crawford has another season of eligibility.

So does Keyton.
