Man he played an away game at my alma mater. I was in middle school. Biggest crowd I’ve ever seen there. His ability was unreal to see, and intimidating for a 7th grader at a 1A school.

Copeland was one of the best high school football players, AND, THE BEST high school basketball player I've ever seen...and, that counts among them Ron Mercer, CJ Black, Drew Maddox, Oliver Simmons, Tyler Smith, and many more.

We scrimmaged Harriman when he was there. Insane what that guy could do. It's hard to explain what he was capable of, athletically.

Small school, didn't camp much, if at all, only played like 9 total games in high school so far, shortened seasons, covid, etc.

It’s been well documented he lives in a very rural area in Virginia. He never went to any camps before his Sophmore and Junior season. And he has only played in 9 high school games do to Covid. Them are the major reasons,he plays in the smallest classification in the state of Virginia.
