Sh1t I have a spare ticket for Plove if needed we can get together with OrangeJuiceJones for a tailgate. Probably the best tailgate on G10.... Always live. You going to make the Florida game? I’ll be in For that one! Hopefully we can sneak Cam Seldon into a bench warmers jersey and have him take a couple into the Checkerboards for us!!
We have to be close to the same age. I played with and against a few on that list.Copeland was one of the best high school football players, AND, THE BEST high school basketball player I've ever seen...and, that counts among them Ron Mercer, CJ Black, Drew Maddox, Oliver Simmons, Tyler Smith, and many more.
44. Copeland's Sr year was my Jr year. I watched him get crushed by Lipscomb in the State football championship; then he got some revenge by winning the State championship in basketball, pretty much by himself, by beating a favored Lipscomb team.We have to be close to the same age. I’m cracking up thinking about @Plove23 going to the Tennessee Florida game as his first college game. Faces will meltI got a feelin’ you won’t have to pay anything if you hang with folks from this site.
I played against Copeland in high school. He was a ridiculous athlete. If he played in our offense today he would be a cheat code.44. Copeland's Sr year was my Jr year. The fact that he's from such a small town makes it better. He's never had access to anything close to the resources he'll have here. I can't wait to see his development after being in our S&C and Nutrition program. Right now he's one of the country's best athletes purely from genetics and hard work.Besides Nico he’s my favorite player in this class no doubt. Can argue about the level of school he plays at but you can’t argue against track times

The more I remember, the more Seldon reminds me of Copeland. Copeland would've definitely been a massive problem for defenses in Heupel's offense.I played against Copeland in high school. He was a ridiculous athlete. If he played in our offense today he would be a cheat code.
I think Seldon weighs about 10lbs more, Copeland was about the same height.Seldon is MUCH bigger (although Copeland was a bit taller) and faster than Copeland; and, this is coming from one of the biggest Jeremaine Copeland fans in the world, as I'm sure you all can tell. Copeland went on to have a great career in the CFL...had over 10,000 yds receiving and two championships.
The most comparable athlete to Seldon in high school is probably Hershel Walker.Seldon is MUCH bigger (although Copeland was a bit taller) and faster than Copeland; and, this is coming from one of the biggest Jeremaine Copeland fans in the world, as I'm sure you all can tell. He'll have to get faster, way faster. Herschel ran a 10.23 at UGA. About the same sizes, though; and, both of them dominated their competition. The most comparable athlete to Seldon in high school is probably Hershel Walker.
Some reports show Seldon @ 210. Guess we'd have to ask @Plove23 . Either way, the comparison stands. Both are rare, ridiculously talented athletes.Copeland was around 200...Seldon, 220.
He gets different results from everywhere. Between 210-220 and from 6'0 to 6'2. I think he's closer to 6'2 and Between 218-220. I'm 6'2 6'3 and he's like right there with meSome reports show Seldon @ 210. Guess we'd have to ask @Plove23 . Either way, the comparison stands. Both are rare, ridiculously talented athletes.
