says EU chief. People who say they wish we had a crystal ball to see the future should just glance across the pond.

The European Union has declared travelling a human right, and is launching a scheme to subsidize vacations with taxpayers' dollars for those too poor to afford their own trips.
The plan -- just who gets to enjoy the travel package has yet to be determined -- would see taxpayers footing some of the vacation bill for seniors, youths between the ages of 18 and 25, disabled people, and families facing "difficult social, financial or personal" circumstances.

I was justing thinking about this the other day. I was wondering when someone would say that it was a human right to take vacation.

This is getting beyond ridiculus.

This is aiken to the stupid French law that employers are required to provide a desk with a window view to all employees.

obama is clearly taking notes here. apparently greence, spain, and portugal going under because of the already ridiculous labor laws in the EU hasn't taught anyone anything.
