Vanderbilt @ #11 Missouri

They should be in the Sunbelt or some other worthless conference. The SEC should vote them out. They're worthless and bring nothing to the conference

Any night that Vanderbilt gets their hearts ripped out is a good night.

This a billion times.

If Vandy never won another game in anything again, it would be too soon. I've hated Vandy, especially basketball since the days as a kid watching them play in Memorial Gym and the numerous screwjobs UT (and other teams) got back when that place was a really tough place to play. Also back then, when they had actual fans that showed up, they were some of the worst fans I've ever been around.

The only time I want them to win is against Kentucky, in basketball at least.

I went to the UT/Vanderbilt game at Memorial last season (it was my first time going to a game there), and aside from the fact that we lost, it was a pretty crappy experience. The woman next to me kept going on about how "the kids that go to UT are just too stupid to go to Vanderbilt" and how "their whole student body couldn't collectively score a 26 on the ACT." I didn't feel like arguing with her, but she wasn't exactly the brightest bulb herself, so my guess is that (maybe) one of her kids managed to get into Vanderbilt, and by proxy she thinks that makes her intelligent. It was ridiculous and entertaining at the same time.

Also, I wasn't impressed with Memorial. It felt like an overgrown high school gym. I think the SEC should require Vanderbilt to do away with the weird baseline bench setup - it gives them an advantage that they don't deserve. As evidence, I feel like a normal season involves us killing them in Knoxville, only to lose a close game at Memorial. Take away their stupid court setup and they'll suck the whole time.
