We're so good at not using our QB's attributes. He might be the fastest QB in the SEC and we continue to throw it 2 yards down the field.

I was concerned about the UK game, and maybe by then I will be again, but right now, UK looks like a pretender.

Why does KY use the air raid horn? There's no air raid with this offense

UK playing super conservative. Absolutely no creativity. Vanderbilt is just playing safe and begging us to counter it.

I could be wrong...but I think we started it when we were trying the Air Raid with Neal Brown. Too lazy to change it?

Started in '97 with Mumme. They brought it back with Brown.

Wilson can't throw the ball, but the wind limits what either team can do tonight. At least we have a defense.

Sugar and Citrus bowl officials in attendance tonight. Hopefully they were falling-down drunk before the game started. Yeccchh.

Kind of hard to with a passing game like that, no?

Not asking for 35 yard passes every down, but maybe some more runs to the outside or options? Our only play is Benny Snell straight up the middle or Benny Snell up the middle and then bounce it outside.

That's what I assumed. I was only 4 in 97' so I had tough time remembering. Need you old farts to keep me in line.

Don’t take this the wrong way, but you guys would have to finish as the 2nd highest ranked or 3rd highest ranked (if two SEC teams make the playoffs) to end up getting the Sugar Bowl bid. And nothing personal, but with Alabama, UGA, LSU, and even UF playing/winning the way they are...I’m not sure that scenario’s terribly likely.

They just lost one game on the road in OT?

Maybe, but without much (if any) threat of a passing game, there’s not much else that you can do on offense...defenses likely are just going to keep keying up on the run.

Not lecturing, just saying that with its setup, not to be too worried about how they’re playing while they’re there.

It’s pretty much you’re either the second highest ranked SEC team outside of the playoffs and automatically in or you’re not.
