Was about to turn this one on, but it appears to be delayed. What's the story?

Last odds I saw were Wake -10.

Lightning delay, on the 3rd play of the game. It’s started raining now (absolute downpour right now) and the sky’s very dark from a look-in.

Kind of surprising to see a game starting before noon ET; I wonder if that’s partly due to ESPN also broadcasting the US Open on its family of networks? Likewise, Clemson and UNC are also supposed to play FCS opponents down the line today on the same network…I wonder if this long delay means this game get bumped to overflow/ESPN+, or if one of those two games get pushed onto other overflow networks?

Sounding like they’re letting them back into the stadium.

The first down refs and kickers are back out on the field.

Wake Forest tries to pass it twice from the 6, it’s incomplete each time, and they settle for a FG.

3-0 Wake with 12:50 left in the 1st.

No wait: this game’s now on ESPN 2 because Purdue and UVA is in a weather delay?

Or maybe it’s just streaming on ACCNX?

At this point, I’m half expecting this game to only have radio coverage.
