I agree. By their standards, Franklin has done great things. However, much of that success is predicated upon "smoke and mirrors," i.e. weak scheduling. He has been fortunate enough to catch us at a 35-year low in terms of talent and onfield performance; he was fortunate to catch Auburn during their worst season in decades and he managed to beat Missouri narrowly after their quarterback was knocked out of action early in the game. Franklin is no masochist and he has no deep abiding loyalty to the Commodes; he will ride the tailwind of the success he has enjoyed thus far to the first bigger name program that comes calling.
