Knew a guy who beat the rap when after he hit a fire hydrant and got his car pinned he jumped out ran to a bar did a few shots and then called the cops. They couldn't prove any pre incident drinking and charges were dismissed. One reason to pay cash at the bar.

Back in the early '90's Tennessee had a Defensive Line Coach named Bob Maddox who got a DUI in the parking lot at West Town Mall late one night. He was caught driving in reverse through the parking lot hours after they had closed and when he got out of his car his pants were down around his ankles. He later sued UT for failing to support him while he was an alcoholic. Pretty ridiculous to say the least.

lulz, how many drunks think safety first?..lol doesn't matter who can afford it, matters who is around and is responsible enough to step up for a friend or a stranger who is drunk and protect them from being drunk and driving and other dumb ****.
