No insider by any means, but I have a loose connection to someone inside the program. Like, literally as close to the inside the program as you can possibly be. I was told one of vandy's staffers tested positive and they were trying to figure out which players/coaches were going to be affected by contact tracing. Didnt say how likely the game was to happen as tennessee hadn't been notified yet. This was earlier this afternoon so info might have changed.

The men’s basketball lobby was funded by and named for Hank Bertelkamp. Hank was captain of the UTBB team his senior year. His son Bert played in the Ernie and Bernie era. Bert does the color for the radio broadcasts. The Bertelkamp family funds scholarships for UT athletes.

The UT Athletics Department burns through well over a billion dollars every decade. But they aren’t able to hire competent staff in the PR department that can figure out that it’s “Bertelkamp”, not “Bertlekamp”.

So we postponed the USCe game due to Covid only for our rescheduled opponent to get Covid....geeze..
