We win Saturday in a close game, our run game gets it done, defense actually comes up with a couple of turnovers that are the deciding factors. IMO.

I just wanted to vent my anger. While i hate for the Vols to lose any game I don't to lose to Vandy. So here to hoping Butch shoves that anchor up Franklin's azz. GO VOLS:)

Before anyone gets too carried away with the irrational predictions of UT beating Vandy by 30+ points, please take an objective look at our team. We are barely better than Kentucky and have been unable to score many points against most defenses in the league. Our QB has yet to throw a TD pass in 3 games. Calm down folks. May be a long Saturday.

Not sure our Defensive woes can be fixed with the personnel we have. The bye week gave the coaches sometime to tinker with it. But like an old car sometimes you need new parts before it's up running good again. Recycling the same parts typically means the same results. Vandy has beaten Florida & Georgia this season. That alone concerns me when we loss to both of them.

I think we win a close one. But UT fans should already know to expect the worst. Vandy is 6-4 and a better team than us right now. It will take us clicking on all cylinders to win this one the way I hope we do.

UT is going to have to learn how to throw some TD's by Saturday..


Or not. Vandy is the perennial poster child for a bad football team... even when their best record to most teams is a bad year.

Did you watch South Alabama play, or did you just watch the score board? They were an efficient team with some highly athletic players. Not saying we played great, but SA impressed me.
