IMO no better than baseline for the price difference. Certainly an attractive option

Memorial is a dump. The best seats are literally in front of your TV with a cold beer.

Besides the dozen or so basketball games I've seen in there, I've also seen a couple of great freaking concerts there. Simple Minds back in 1986 and My Morning Jacket in 2012. You definitely need to pay attention to where you are going for seating

OT, but I was at that Simple Minds concert in '86 as well! Still one of the best live performances I've ever seen.
