I'm inclined to agree. If Vandy misses a bowl game this year, they will never recover. Not with UT on the rise again.

James Franklin WAS Vandy. Fan support is already pathetic, and they will be quick to jump off the Mason bandwagon if he can't bring them a bowl.

We will rout them at Neyland West this year. It will be 90% orange again.

The world is starting to feel right again in the SEC East. Vandy returning to the cellar, I know its just one game but USC seems to be trending back to mediocrity. And the VOLS are on the rise. Balance is being restored.

Idk I think he was more lucky than anything else. He was handed some decent players from Bobby Johnson. He hasn't won with his own players yet. Easy non conference schedule. Georgia was his biggest upset. UT was experiencing its worst coaching hire ever. I think Franklin is a great marketer and a smart coach. But I also think, like Kiffen, he is a snake in the grass that is bound to get what he deserves soon.

He won games he was supposed to win and pulled a few upsets. Thats pretty darn impressive especially with players he didnt recruit. Yes, he got lucky but do you remember 1998?
