Vandy is trash!

Bored last night and rewatched the Vandy game from last year. You know the one where they cleared their bench wanting to fight us because the refs didn't flag us for smacking their QB around like a rag doll.

They fire that coach yet? I can look that up. I really just wanted to say how much Vandy is trash, total garbage. Hate em more than Florida and Alabama combined.

The refs let that Vandy game get out of control. Vandy had a rite to be upset but their frustrations were directed towards the wrong way. We did knock the absolute piss out of their QB.

Overall I agree, but I'm old enough to remember when Vandy had fans and those fans from 30-40 years ago still tick me off. Also them having a flashbang amount of success 10 years ago made me hate them because some came back out of the attic they were hiding in. Also memories of sitting among Vandy fans at Memorial Gym in the 90s still makes me hate them.

They are irrelevant, even becoming moreso in their one good sport baseball, but I will always hate them. Even if they have 5 fans total, I'll hate them.

I like Vanderbilt. Because they are a Tennessee school, so is Memphis. And I'm a Tennessean. Yes, I still want the UT to beat them so bad they will want to lick the dirt and grass off our cleats. But when a Tennessee school plays a non-state school, I pull for them to win. Of course, that's just me, so I don't apologize.

You, sir, are a man after my own heart. Lived in Nashville area 44 years, wife worked at vandie for 35. Used to attend basketball, football & baseball games there with her. Now I won't set foot on that campus. Have some nice folks who are fans of the 'Dores...BUT that can't lessen the utter loathing & hold for the commode-dores. GO VOLS!

I used to feel sorry for them, but I’ve been to Memorial Gym as well. I remembering an old woman (not truly old, I just like insulting the b****) heckling Uros Plavsic for the way he looks, during Uros’s first year with the Vols. She had the most vile, raspy voice and screamed things like “don’t help him up, we hate them!” - That was the day Vanderbilt’s 3 point streak came to an end.

Then there was the time we had so many injuries on defense that we had to put true freshmen in the game who hadn’t learned to tackle. Despite Dobbs’s efforts, Vandy out paced us in a very high scoring game. Instead of celebrating with their fans, the Vanderbilt players came to the UT side of the field to taunt and wave bye to us… Can you imagine if our players did that to them when we win?

Piss on Vandy. I like most Vanderbilt grads I know, but those nerds are too spastic to handle sports. Also, we’d be doing the world a favor to remove the distraction of SEC sports from their study time.
