Do you eat refined sugar and dairy? I don’t take any prescriptions but had a persistent cough. Almost eliminated the above from my diet and the cough is mostly gone.
I have tried cutting back on it, but with little success. I never thought that could be linked to it, but I’ll read up on it and give it consideration.
