When the US lands F-15Es on an exercise in, let's say Incirlik AB in Turkey. Those aircraft are nuclear capable and that base has nuclear weapons (well, allegedly, different discussion, different time). Those very same aircraft have the range and capability to hit a lot of targets in Russia.

Do we get a Russian Presidential response about it? Does Putin have to respond?

Russian military forces went to Venezuela on an invited trip (I'll assume they were invited since folks just don't land bombers wherever they feel like) which also included a couple of their strategic bombers. Two sovereign nations agreed to it, had nothing to do with us, yet you still complain Trump did "nothing" in response.

Stop needlessly conflating your BS narrative here. Nobody in their right mind including Putin and Trump is going to knowingly and willingly put a nuke weapon at risk for a media bite. Nobody is going to be flying around with nukes at the ready just for show other than possibly Rocket Man but he doesn’t currently have intercontinental bombers.
