Stanley started out as a wide receiver in 1973 and in 1974 he played both RB and Wide receiver then went on to have a great NFL career as a wide receiver at New England. He still holds the all purpose yards for the vols which is 4,642.

Stanley began his career at UT as a WR his freshman year, but then transitioned to a RB beginning his sophomore season....

Freshman..... 2 carries, 22 receptions
Sophomore... 128 carries, 10 receptions
Junior ........... 133 carries, 2 receptions
Senior ........... 90 carries, 14 receptions

Totals at UT .... 353 carries, 48 receptions

I think most UT fans include Morgan in WRU because of his NFL career where he was an outstanding, all-pro WR. However, he was almost exclusively a RB at UT.

Anyone heard anything else on this video? I missed it initially. Still waiting to see it.

Me too. Missed it completely. Wonder if it was short enough to display first time in a game during a break or pregame. Whether with recruits there or not etc.

Not sure when it's going back up.. Had to change some stuff and not even sure if it will ever go back up right now

Wish is would've stayed up! Barry killed it

Did he give any reasons why they had to change stuff? I'm sure you can't please everyone and there are a LOT of former Vol WRs. If it was pulled down because someone didn't get enough air time that would really be pitiful.

I'm assuming something content-wise was in the gray area in regard to compliance - or - someone who was used in the video decided they couldn't actually be in it due to contractual or conflict of interest reasons. There were several media types who were prominently shown in interview settings making positive comments in regard to Tennessee and WRU.

At any rate, I very glad that I was able to see it before it was pulled. Probably one of VFL Films best efforts to date!

She didn't give me a reason but the way she talked, it wasn't going back up at all. I don't think it was because some player was appalled by their lack of airtime, though.

Also I never got to see it, so I'm kinda depressed. Everyone who saw it loved it.

Good to know it wasn't likely a former player complaint. You're right, it's a real shame it was pulled. I watched it as soon as it was posted and then went back a little later that same night to watch it again and it was gone.
