I figured we should start a thread where we post former Vols preseason performances as this preseason goes on. Some of the ones I've seen:

Matt Simms (NYJ) 13-18-96 yds
@tbrayvol8 (KC) 2-3-37 yds
@dustincolquitt2 (KC) 2 punts 51.0 avg

Peyton Manning (DEN) 10-13-78 yds
Malik Jackson (DEN) 1 Solo Tackle
Britton Colquitt (DEN) 2 punts 41.5 avg
Dontavis Sapp (DAL) 2 Tackles

I did not see Palardy on any stat sheet for the Jets. What happened? Is he still trying out for the team????????????

Look at the post right above yours. He played for the Raiders but, unfortunately, was waived.

Edit: looks like I was a minute late. :)

Damn!!!!!!!!!! Was hoping he would make it.

Here in Nashville, the radio personality Clay Travis had Palardy on the radio in March. He told him that he doesn't see him making an NFl roster and told him that if he made a goal in a regular season game he would give him $50,000.00.

Pre-season is not over yet, so maybe he will land on a roster somewhere.

I would bet Palardy will make a NFL squad. He was a great kicker/punter here.

I can't stand this whole "VFL" thing.

Worst thing Dooley did while he was on the hill, and I know what kind of coach he was.

Idk, the whole program is just annoying. Tradition? Sure , blah blah blah.

Plus, you can't always be a "VFL". What about players who go on to be coaches at other schools? Players/fans who move to other areas and may get attached to a new team...


Ok tho I guess I exaggerated a lil. Wasnt the worst thing he did by far. Should delete first post IMO

I'm watching the Packers-Titans game right now, and I'm seeing the Rajon Neal is having a solid game and scored a touchdown. Let's see if we can see some stats of some of the other new VFL's in the league
