I think the series started out good, but kinda faded towards the end. The last episode just kinda went no where. It was kinda like WTF does this have to do with anything. I think they should have concentrated more on the raiding and going west stuff.

Yeah that's kind of what I thought the whole series was going to be about was the raiding and the resistance he would get from going west. Once that part was over there was pretty much zero action or anything interesting

Something I found out about VIKINGS!

While reading up on the upcoming Blu-ray release I found on the net that the version of the show aired by History is a censored version.

The uncensored version has nudity and more graphic violence from what I can gather (along the lines of that HBO series but probably not that graphic!) :(

I wasn't going to get it on Blu-ray but if they do indeed release the uncensored version I think I will pick it up.
