Sure there could be more, we don't know. You are right, he is a professional athlete and people will always try to pick at him to try and get him to do something stupid. As a high profile athlete these guys have got to be smarter and stay away from these places.

You have evidence that happened? There have not been any charges pressed against Harrison, unless you know something the rest of us don't. But if he did he should be punished to the full extent of the law. He can't be suspended because he is pretty much retired I guess. And if he did it was really stupid of him and he should be punished.

The Colts didn't draft Pac man or VY. I take pride in my team actaully caring about high character guys. Any team is subject to drafting punks, but I like my teams record and if someone does get in trouble he is usually let go.

Marvin Harrison's latest traffic stop helps your argument about the Colts being all about high character guys.

It's easy to get mad when somebody disses your alma mater. I was working out in the gym and some Georgia fan I didn't know walked up behind me seen a Vols shirt I had on and said "**** Tennessee, they ****ing suck". That ran all over me, I just glared back at him and he was like "oh I thought you was somebody else".

Pro athletes have to be smart enough to understand that people will try to get under their skin BECAUSE they are celebrities and they think that if said celebrity punches them, they can sue for a truckload of cash. If anybody wants to go to a strip club, big deal. But they have to be smart enough to know that there will be a drunk idiot in the place that is gonna run his mouth. Just ignore it and go on with your life. If it's THAT bad that you wanna fight about it, go talk to security and have the other guy tossed out. Vince just showed his own immaturity.

you make very good points. I think a problem in this case though is that, based on the video, the guy who started the issue appeared to be part of the security staff himself

It's not even immaturity even. The reality is that an athlete doesn't have to be as mature as the average joe, but in fact they need to be more mature than the regular person - since people are going to try to get under your skin because they know who you are (and what you're worth)

Honestly the reality is every team in this league has numerous off-field disciplinary problems.

Way too much happens with each of these teams' players quite often. I don't think anyone should really be talking about any NFL team being better than the other in this category.

And @$$holes who try to be funny and talk crap to pro-athletes need to get punched in the face. That's what an entourage is for, to punch dudes in the face so the pro-athlete doesn't have to.

nah, see adam jones and several other professional athletes. if you hang around with an entourage that beats or hurts guys, your name comes up too and goodell holds you accountable as well



Believe me, I'm all for *******s need to get punched, but unfortunately there's alot of bad press alone that an athlete can get for just being around those situations
