I must have missed the part where Kerry Collins was a world-beating QB and played so much better than Vince Young since the beginning of the 2009 season.

seems sound, only problem was when he was putting up those numbers before then, they were still losing games 59-0 to new england and other teams


it's unfortunately not that simple, or i'd be one of the people saying it too

Like when Nick Stephens went 4-4 in the Western Kentucky game and everybody wanted him to be the starter from there on out? :crazy:

didn't you hear; tyler bray's the next peyton manning already! he needs to see the field right now or else it'll be wasted

a freshman QB would never have a problem with a UF team, even if they are ranked in the top 10

On a serious note, VY should've been allowed to finish out the game. Pulling him for Collins in that situation is no good, as evidenced by Collins playing just as badly.

i do agree on that alot. I will say the only brightside was that collins came out there and played pretty poorly, so that should stop a "play collins" qb controversy

...now if our fans start clamoring to play 3rd string rookie rusty smith or re-sign chris simms, then our fanbase has some issues
